"HONEY DAYS" 

THE LAST WEEKEND IN JULY IS THE TOWN'S CELEBRATION KNOWN AS "HONEY DAYS". BRUCE IS CALLED             "A HONEY OF A PLACE TO BEE" WITH 2017 MAKING ITS 26th YEAR!! BRUCE IS PROUD TO HAVE ADEE HONEY FARMS LOCATED IN THE TOWN (HENCE THE SLOGAN).

EACH YEAR HAS A DIFFERENT THEME. 2017 WILL BE "ZOMBEES".

FRIDAY, JULY 28th

 ACTIVITIES INCLUDE K COUNTRY COOKOUT (noon) BEAN BAG TOURNAMENT, ERIC APLAND & SHAWN CABLE CONCERT, MUSEUM PARK   

SATURDAY, JULY 29th

5K RUN/WALK OR PEDAL; CRAFTERS' AND BAKERS' MALL; PARADE; NOON BURGER FEED AND ICE CREAM IN THE PARK; MUSIC IN THE PARK; CAR SHOW; CO-ED VOLLEY BALL;  HORSESHOE TOURNAMENT;                               PORK BARBECUE FEED;  FIREMEN'S STREET DANCE 

SUNDAY, JULY 30TH  

         LEGION PANCAKE BREAKFAST; COMMUNITY CHURCH SERVICE; CO-ED VOLLEY BALL; DALE BENZ HORSESHOE TOURNAMENT; COW PIE BINGO; TOWN AND COUNTRY SOFTBALL; 

 WATER INFLATABLES (SAT & SUN)  

CONCESSION STAND     

THERE IS FUN FOR ALL AGES FROM THE YOUNG TO THE YOUNG AT HEART!

             ** BRUCE HAS A DESIGNATED WEATHER SHELTER AT THE BRUCE COMMUNITY CENTER LOCATED AT        409 JEFFERSON STREET (FORMER METHODIST CHURCH)
